I simply love eyewear ads- like Dior, YSL or Armani ones. It’s quite different than normal ads. I think that it’s really hard to make photos for eyewear campaigns. Why? Because they can’t be boring. But if you want to show a model’s face…. and you don’t want to be boring….oh, it’s hard :). YSL and Dior ads are great for me- it’s not about brand, but I really like them :). Thank you!
Hi, I have a vintage pair of Dior sunglasses and I am trying to date them. Do you know where I can view online Dior eyewear catalogues or archives from the 70s and 80s? Here’s hoping! Jay
Well if you have huge patience you can try searching internet, but I would advice you to go to Dior boutique (of course I don’t know where you are located), but if there are no boutiques try to email Dior & I am sure they will help (they are super nice from personal experience I can say)
